Privacy Policy.

To process your order, we require your name, billing address, shipping address, email address and contact phone. We use this information to process your order and, if any questions should arise, to contact you about your order.
Any information provided by you will be used for Dos Alpacas purposes only. However, Dos Alpacas may need to provide your name, shipping address and contact information to third parties that are involved in the processing of your order uses for delivering specific services to you (for example, the financial institution processing the transaction or the courier that delivers your order).
Your information will not be shared with individual or other companies (such as direct mail organizations or other third parties) unless required by law.
You can help Dos Alpacas update and maintain the accuracy of any personal information you supply by using "My account" profile pages or notifying Dos Alpacas by email.

Security Guarantee.

Dos Alpacas is committed to respecting your privacy. In general, you can visit Dos Alpacas without revealing any information about yourself.

We may collect the URL you came from, IP address, your browser type, the country where your server is located, the pages of our site that were viewed during a visit, the advertisements you clicked, and any search terms that you entered on our site. We use this information only for our statistic.

When you place an order with us, this is done over a secure socket layer (SSL) connection. This means it is virtually impossible for any one to get your card details. In fact it is most certainly safer than giving your card over in a restaurant or giving your card details over the phone.

We do not collect your debit/credit card information. Once you ready to make a purchase you will be forwarded to payment card data processing company B+S Card Service GmbH web page (SaferPay software), where your payment will be processed.

This web page contains links to third party websites. We don’t have control of its contents as well as we are not responsible for any information provided there.

Shipping.

The goods are delivered in cooperation with Express Mail Service

Shipping cost depends on your order amount.

All products from stock are normally dispatched next working day after we have received your payment. Confirmation email with tracking number will be send to you once order has shipped.

If your shipping address is not located within the European Union your order may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches it's destination. For more information, please contact your local costums office.

If the delivery goes to EU country there is nothing to worry about - the customer will get the item at no additional expense!

Payment.

Dos Alpacas currently offers three payment options for your convenience: Debit/credit card, PayPal and Bank transfer. We accept all major debit and credit cards.

However, if credit/debit card or PayPal is not appropriate for You, please use Bank Transfer. Please note that this payment will only be accepted if transfer fees are fully paid by the customer.

We kindly ask you to make Bank transfer within one working day of receipt of invoice. Otherwise, we keep the right to cancel your order.

Returns.

Don't be upset if delivered product doesn't fit or you just changed your mind and don't like it anymore. In this case Dos Alpacas offers you an opportunity to return or exchange the item(s) within 14 days of receipt.

In order to return your purchase please email to shop@dosalpacas.com with your order number, your name and address, the order date and the reason why you want to return your order.

We will then ask you to return the item(s) to us with copy of our confirmation email to:

Please bear in mind that:

  • only unused and undamaged items may be returned or exchanged;
  • customer is responsible for the shipping cost of sending the product back to Dos Alpacas.

Exchanges

  • Dos Alpacas will return exchanged product free of charge - no additional shipping charge will be added;
  • we are unable to process exchanges for higher priced item.

Returns

  • shipping charges are also refunded;
  • reimbursement will take up to 5 weeks + bank transfer time.

Wait2Save conditions.

When you see logo "Wait2Save" under “In stock” field – that means that currently we don’t have this item in our stock. Despite this you still have an opportunity to order the product under condition that dispatch will be delayed for 2 months.

In order to compensate waiting, price of such items reduced by 10% of the regular price.*  

Item’s new price and latest date of dispatch is shown in grey field under "Wait2Save" conditions.
If you order several items and some of them under "Wait2Save" conditions - these items will be sent separately without extra charge.
* Discount coupon is not valid with this offer.
