Don't be upset if delivered product doesn't fit or you just changed your mind and don't like it anymore. In this case Dos Alpacas offers you an opportunity to return or exchange the item(s) within 14 days of receipt.
In order to return your purchase please email to info (et) dosalpacas.com with your order number, your name and address, the order date and the reason why you want to return your order.
We will then ask you to return the item(s) to us with copy of our confirmation email to:

Please bear in mind that:
- only unused and undamaged items may be returned or exchanged;
- customer is responsible for the shipping cost of sending the product back to Dos Alpacas.
Exchanges
- Dos Alpacas will return exchanged product free of charge - no additional shipping charge will be added;
- we are unable to process exchanges for higher priced item.
Returns
- shipping charges are also refunded;
- reimbursement will take up to 5 weeks + bank transfer time.
